I am a certified birth doula and a prenatal yoga instructor. I also teach fertility yoga and provide partner support in labour sessions. I believe in providing an all-inclusive birthing experience and have undergone comprehensive training.
I am a:
Certified Birth Doula - StillBirthday
Hypnobirthing Doula - Birthing supernaturally
Birth Doula Training - DONA
Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor - [Stri Wellness]
Advanced Yoga Guru - [Vivekananda School of Yoga]
I have also studied Yoga Anatomy [Kriis Yoga]
My birth experience gave me joy that was boundless, and I realized the significance of a birthing journey only after my son was born. Since then, I have been passionate about helping couples enjoy the process of becoming a parent.
My journey towards birth and fertility Yoga was the result of the trust my friend had in me. It began when my friend struggled to get pregnant. I suggested she prepare her mind and body naturally through yoga, and within six months, she conceived. Her journey towards motherhood began, and I was with her until her child was born. This experience deeply moved me and inspired me to become a Birth Doula.
I believe that every birth is a unique and sacred journey. My goal is to create a nurturing and empowering birthing environment where the family feels confident, safe, and respected. My philosophy is rooted in informed choice, holistic care, and emotional empowerment emphasizing the importance of trusting the body and connecting with the baby. I am dedicated to guiding expecting parents through one of life’s most profound and transformative journey, with compassion and support.
Top Three Accomplishments:
- I successfully transitioned from a career in IT to becoming a dedicated prenatal yoga instructor and birth doula, supporting families through pregnancy and childbirth.
- I believe in continuous learning and through this process I have completed more than 1000 hours learning in prenatal yoga, advance yoga, child birth and many more
- I have provided continuous labor support to expecting families, contributing to positive and empowering birth experiences and fostering strong parent-child bond from the very beginning.
Outside of my professional work, I love spending time with my family. I also enjoy trail- walks and meaningful conversations with friends. These moments of connection and joy inspire me to help expecting parents experience the joy of birthing and the beautiful journey called ‘motherhood’.
“You live only once so make it count, leave no regrets.”
Thank you for considering me as your birth doula. I look forward to supporting you and your family in this remarkable journey.

Hello and welcome all! My name is Cadrae (pronounced Cod-Ray) or you are more then welcome to call me by my so very popular nickname Jade. I am a licensed and certified Postpartum Doula, Prenatal and Postpartum Educator, and Maternal Mental Health Advocate. I also proudly wear the title of “Momologist,” embracing the art and science of mother/parenthood with a deep passion for supporting new and/or expectant parents.
With a range of certifications in Postpartum topics—including Postpartum Mood & Prenatal Mental Health Disorders, Sex & Relationships Challenges & Complications, Pelvic Health & Wellness, Postpartum Sleep and Trauma Informed Care Training, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice. I have also completed advanced training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy, Complicated/Traumatic Birth & Support, Breastfeeding/Chest-feeding/Feeding Support, and Perinatal Grief & Loss.
My journey into this field was deeply personal. As a mother who has experienced the NICU, raised a medically fragile child, and navigated the complexities of postpartum life, I understand firsthand the challenges that new parents face. My own postpartum adventure was a transformative experience that shifted my career focus from a detail-oriented industry to one that truly resonated with my heart. It inspired me to create a space where I could offer the same kind of support to others.
As a postpartum doula, my goal is to help rebuild and reshape the conversation around postpartum care for post-pregnant parents, partners, and their support systems. The birth of a child is a joyous occasion, but it is often followed by a period of overwhelming uncertainty. My passion lies in fostering confidence, offering new strategies, and providing the tools necessary to navigate this challenging yet beautiful phase.
I work closely with my clients, embracing a unique perspective that addresses all aspects of postpartum life—from mood adjustments and relationship dynamics to body wellness, newborn care and more. With a background in fitness, kinesiology, and physiotherapy, and a passion for pregnancy and babies, Michelle was naturally drawn to pelvic health physiotherapy. Michelle completed level one during her Masters in Physiotherapy at McGill, and levels two and three with Pelvic Health Solutions thereafter. Michelle has since completed additional courses in pregnancy, pelvic girdle pain, and dermoneuromodulation.
They say it takes a village to raise a child, but it also takes a village to prepare a mother for her perinatal journey. Michelle is proud to be a part of this interdisciplinary village at The WOMB. Michelle strongly believes in informed childbirth and preparing the body and mind for labour and delivery. Preparation, not planning, as few childbirths go according to plan. As a pelvic health physiotherapist, Michelle’s intention is to educate and support women throughout their perinatal journey. This includes pain education, optimizing breathing and movement strategies, and restoring proper function to the pelvic floor. These same approaches apply to other common conditions such as incontinence and prolapse. Michelle also has a special interest in treating chronic pelvic pain conditions and working to desensitize the nervous system. Science has confirmed a mind-body connection that is an essential part of Michelle’s practice.
